So I recently received my very first Horror Block, and I must say I am definitely impressed! Horror Block is a monthly subscription box that focuses on all things horror, and they usually stick to a theme every month. It's only $19.99 a month, and completely worth it! I opted to try out the Grab Block first (only $15.99) which is a box they do every now and then and includes random leftover pieces that were originally sent in their previous boxes. I had my heart set on getting one of the Nightmare on Elm Street film cells (which I saw many people got in their Grab Blocks, so I am rather jealous of them) but I am very happy with the items I got!
As their 'special' this time around, Horror Block promised either a Funko Pop horror figure or a Gizmo plushie, along with items from the previous boxes, and of course a t-shirt.
Overlook Hotel T-Shirt, originally in December 2014 box.
I got way too excited to get this specific t-shirt. I have been following people unboxing the Horror Blocks for awhile now, and I was disappointed missing out on this t-shirt because I adore The Shining. Their t-shirts are very nice quality, as well!
Build Your Own Zombie Kit, originally in October 2014 box.
This next thing is pretty cool. I like art and making things (as long as it's somewhat easy) so this is pretty cool. It comes with green, red, white and black clay and you can build your own nasty zombie. I will definitely have fun with this!
Zombie Multi-Surface Decal, originally in August 2014 box.
I honestly have no idea what I'm going to do with it, but it's definitely cool to know if I need a zombie decal for anything I have one.
Living Dead Dolls Figurines - Pink Posey (Horror Block exclusive), originally in January 2015 box.
I was extremely happy to see this in my box. I've never actually collected any Living Dead Dolls before, but I kind of want to start now that I have this. It's a Horror Block exclusive, as well! This will look nice on my shelf with my Funko Pop characters and my talking Freddy Krueger doll for sure.
Gizmo plushie.
Of course I was excited to get Gizmo instead of a Funko Pop (I was too scared to get a double!) and I love him so much. He'll also look nice on my shelf with my other collectibles.
Cereal Killers Stickers, originally in October 2014 box.
Last but not least, this box included something that I was too eager to have my hands on. I'm a huge fan of cheesy and weird memorabilia (I'm someone who actually wants a set of serial killer playing cards) so when I saw these were in my box I was overjoyed. They're a set of stickers that put a horror twist on cereal boxes. I got a good laugh out of some of them ("Paranormal Snackstivities") and they're super entertaining.
